The Milton Keynes-based firm Niftylift has been named Hire Industry Supplier of the Year at the 2026 Hire Awards of Excellence, hosted by Hire Association Europe (HAE).
In a ceremony held on Saturday 18th April at London’s Grosvenor House, the MK-based company celebrated the third consecutive year that Niftylift received this award and the eighth time overall.
The Hire Industry Supplier of the Year award recognises companies that demonstrate outstanding performance across key areas, including innovation, customer support, employee development, and sustainable business practices.
Niftylift said that their continued success in this category, “reflects its long-term commitment to delivering high-quality, low-weight access platforms, backed by industry-leading service and support.”
In addition to the Supplier of the Year award, Niftylift was also shortlisted for Hire Industry Product of the Year with its new HR12N MK3, which was Highly Commended by the judges.
The HR12N MK3 represents the next generation of narrow electric boom lifts, combining compact dimensions with a highly capable working envelope and advanced all-electric performance.
Key features include a 225kg safe working load, improved operational flexibility, and a Diesel-Electric option for extended runtime, enabling the machine to operate efficiently across a wider range of environments.
John Keely, Managing Director of Niftylift, said, “To be recognised as Supplier of the Year for the third consecutive year is a fantastic achievement for the whole team. It reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment we put into supporting our customers and delivering products that meet the needs of the hire industry.
“We’re also delighted to see the HR12N Highly Commended. It’s a product we’re incredibly proud of, and this recognition reinforces the positive response we’ve already seen from the market.”
The award is not the company’s only recent recognition, as Niftylift was recently shortlisted for the STEM Award at the Milton Keynes Education Awards 2026.
The awards, organised by Milton Keynes Education Awards, celebrate excellence and innovation across the local education sector. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on Friday 19th June 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes.
This shortlisting recognises Niftylift’s ongoing commitment to supporting science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education, both within the business and across the wider Milton Keynes community.
