Christmas shoppers in Newport Pagnell can bag a festive bargain while supporting a local charity, thanks to a new Christmas pop-up shop opened by Willen Hospice.
Located at the far end of Newport Pagnell High Street, near the river, the new shop is packed with affordable festive finds, with every purchase helping to fund vital care for local patients and their families.
Shoppers can browse a wide selection of preloved Christmas decorations, artificial Christmas trees, stocking fillers, festive tableware, Christmas cards, wrapping paper, Christmas jumpers, party outfits and much more.
With plenty of items available at low prices, the pop-up offers an opportunity to save money, shop more sustainably and support Willen Hospice during the festive season.
Ian Palmer, Associate Director of Retail at Willen Hospice, said: “Christmas is meant to be fun, and that’s exactly what we want this shop to feel like. It’s absolutely packed with all sorts of festive finds. Come in, have a rummage and you might be surprised by what you find.
“You’ll save some money, give preloved items another Christmas, and you'll be helping to support your community hospice.”
The Christmas shop is a temporary addition to the Hospice's retail presence in Newport Pagnell, with its existing charity shop continuing to operate further along the High Street, opposite the Swan Revived Hotel.
In the new year, the pop-up premises will be transformed into the Hospice's new 'Big Day' bridal and occasionwear shop.
Donations of Christmas items welcome
Willen Hospice is also encouraging local residents to donate good-quality Christmas items they no longer need.
Anyone replacing their decorations this year or having a clear-out ahead of the festive season can drop off unwanted Christmas items at the pop-up shop during opening hours.
Every pound raised through the shop will help Willen Hospice continue providing specialist care and support to local people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their loved ones.

The Willen Hospice Christmas pop-up shop in Newport Pagnell High Street is open seven days a week:
