Luton Town will have an FA Cup First Round tie at home against either Chesham United or Forest Green Rovers.
The Hatters’ tie at Kenilworth Road will take place on the weekend surrounding Saturday 7 November, with a specific date, kick-off time, ticket information and any TV coverage to be announced in due course.
Chesham and Forest Green are scheduled to go to a replay after a 0-0 draw at Chesham’s Meadow ground last Saturday. The replay will take place in Gloucestershire tomorrow (20/10).
If Forest Green won the replay, it would mean a second consecutive season where Luton play Forest Green Rovers at home in the First Round. The two faced off in one of Jack Wilshere’s first games as Hatters boss, with Luton recording a 4-3 win over Rovers.
Forest Green Rovers currently sit 16th in the National League, while Chesham currently sit 19th in the National League South.
The Hatters reached Round Two of the FA Cup last season, with their victory over Forest Green followed by a penalty shoot-out defeat by League Two side Fleetwood Town in the following round.
