Christmas and New Year can sometimes be a bit full on. There's so much to plan, prepare and organise from buying presents to getting a new outfit to finishing stuff at school, college or work before taking some time off. Then of course, every advert encourages us to spend more, eat more and party more as we go in search of the so-called perfect Christmas. This can bring a mixed bag of emotions.

A good thing to do is to set realistic expectations and take a moment to step back, relax and enjoy this time of year. Set aside some time to reflect on the year gone by and then create some exciting plans for the year ahead.
