There's not long to go until Christmas and, for some, the excitement will be building. However, for others, it may not always be the case. Socialising can be difficult in busy and noisy environments, and then there's the pressure to create the so-called perfect Christmas. This can lead to a lot of stress and financial pressure at a time that is supposed to be full of cheer.
