Nancy Stevens takes a look at the latest autumn TV, including Strictly Come Dancing, Celebrity Traitors and the brilliant Australian comedy Colin from Accounts.

She shares her thoughts on Charles Spencer's controversial book Swan Song and Bella Mackey's very different novel Claws, before reviewing three theatrical experiences: Magic Mike Live, Waitress starring Carrie Hope Fletcher and the stage adaptation of The Silence of the Lambs.

Nancy also highlights what's coming up in Milton Keynes, including Grown Up Girls Guide and Whose Turn Is It Anyway?, before putting her body through its paces with reformer Pilates and floating yoga.

Plus, Nancy looks ahead to some very special upcoming guests, including motivational speaker Jazz Ampaw, professional declutterer Kate Dufton, Milton Keynes Theatre of Comedy and her son Benji, who has performed in Mamma Mia!, Britain's Got Talent and Magic Mike.

It's another packed edition of the Nancy Stevens Lifestyle Show, with TV, books, theatre, local events, fitness and plenty of opinions along the way.
