As we go through the seasons, March sees the arrival of spring and a time of dramatic change. The trees start to blossom and the colourful flowers begin to return. This could also coincide with a fresh start for some of our own self-care habits. From a small bud, a flower emerges, and this is likened to a small habit turning into a life change. We don't always need to make wholesale spectacular adjustments; it's sometimes the seemingly insignificant actions that make the biggest differences.
