Join Jules and Mark for the latest episode of the Z to A of Life, where they explore the power of creating small habits to embrace change and take small steps forward to becoming a better you.
October really waves goodbye to summer, as the darker (and colder) nights draw in. It's a time of year when sometimes we can feel a little sad as the weather has changed and there's less daylight. However, autumn can be magical as the colour of the leaves on the trees changes as they fall to the ground, creating beauty in the wonder of nature.

That happens to adults too! After a refreshing summer break, those good intentions have disappeared as they're back in the grind.
It's time to put aside any woes you may be feeling and think of the small, positive changes you could make to look after yourself both physically and mentally.
