Socialising can be difficult in busy and noisy environments, and then there's the pressure to create the so-called perfect Christmas. This can lead to a lot of stress and financial pressure at a time that is supposed to be full of cheer.
By taking time to access and plan your build up to this period can make it easier to really enjoy the festivities.
