A man has been charged in connection with the terror attack at the Heaton Park synagogue in Manchester last year.
Hekmat Omar Ali Hakim, from Salford, is accused of failing to disclose information about terrorist activity.
Two people were killed in the 2 October attack at Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue.
Jihad al Shamie, 35, a Syrian-born British citizen, drove into the gates of the synagogue, hitting a security guard, before attacking Melvin Cravitz with a knife.
Mr Cravitz was killed, as was Adrian Daulby - hit by a police bullet as he held the doors closed to stop the terrorist getting inside.
Three others were also seriously hurt in the attack.
Al Shamie, who was wearing a fake suicide vest, was shot dead as he charged at officers with the knife.
Police said today that Hakim, an Iraqi national, had been remanded to appear before Westminster Magistrates' Court tomorrow (21 August).
Assistant Chief Constable Rob Potts, head of counter-terrorism policing in the North West, called it a "significant development".
The attack happened on Yom Kippur, the holiest day for Jewish people.
