lifestack MK Lightning fans are in for a jam-packed opening weekend this season, with two action-filled days planned, including a chance to meet the team, watch two home games, and skate alongside the players.

This season we’re welcoming the Rostock Piranhas to Milton Keynes for two home games. The Piranhas play in Germany’s Oberliga, and this will be a great early test for the team.  Visiting fans can get 10% discount at our Hotel Partner – Holiday Inn by phone or by emailing reservations@himiltonkeynes.co.uk and quoting MK Lightning.

The weekend kicks off with a Meet the Players launch event at House of Montra

House of Montra is a premium entertainment venue in Milton Keynes, offering an all-day and late-night experience centred around sport, live entertainment and nightlife. The venue features live sports shown on multiple screens, live bands, tribute nights, comedy events, and both daytime and late-night DJ sessions. With quality drinks, a vibrant atmosphere, and versatile event spaces, House of Montra provides a unique destination for socialising, celebrations, and unforgettable entertainment throughout the week.

This is followed by the club’s opening home game against the Rostock Piranhas, with face-off at 7pm.

Fans can then return for the second game of the weekend on Sunday, with face-off at 5.30pm against the travelling Rostock Piranhas. Rounding out the weekend, supporters are invited to skate with the players after the game, until 8.45pm — a fantastic chance for fans, young and old, to get on the ice with their favourite players.

It promises to be an unmissable start to the season for MK Lightning fans, combining top-class hockey with unique off-ice access to the team.

The Saturday game is NOT included in your Season Ticket.

Season ticket holders: your seats will be held at the reduced price until 15th August, after this date, they’ll be released automatically for general sale.
