The Boulevard at Midsummer Place continues to evolve with the arrival of another exciting independent food concept, further strengthening its reputation as one of Milton Keynes' most diverse dining destinations.
Popular Greek street food operator Souv-Lucky House, formerly known as Souv-Lucky Day, has relocated to a new position within The Boulevard, paving the way for the opening of Via Pasta., which is a family-run Italian business specialising in fresh, homemade pasta prepared using traditional recipes and authentic ingredients.
Via Pasta joins an already impressive line-up of independent food operators at The Boulevard, including Lebanese Grill House, Spud5, House of Sliders and Churros Locos, offering visitors an even greater variety of international flavours in the heart of Milton Keynes.
The latest addition forms part of Midsummer Place's ongoing investment in enhancing its food and leisure offering, creating a vibrant destination where visitors can discover unique dining experiences alongside the centre's extensive retail mix.
Simon Martin, Centre Manager at Midsummer Place, said: "We're delighted to welcome Via Pasta to The Boulevard and to support the continued growth of independent businesses within the centre. The relocation of Souv-Lucky House has created an exciting opportunity to introduce another fantastic food concept, adding even more choice for our visitors.
"The Boulevard has quickly established itself as a destination for great food, bringing together a diverse range of cuisines and talented operators. We're committed to continually evolving the experience and giving customers new reasons to visit Midsummer Place."
The announcement follows recent news that New Look will reopen in the centre on 18 June and works are well underway for the new GAIL’s bakery in Oak Court.
