Metamorphosis is quite scientific and is likened to a caterpillar becoming a butterfly, and we follow this principle throughout our lives. We go from being a baby, to a toddler, then a child, a teen, a young adult and then...well, an adult. We also go through education to independent learning or into a job, a career, or even a business. You also take on new challenges and experience tough moments that have a deep impact on life. 

Jules and Mark have gone through metamorphosis at the Future Toolbox, transitioning from freelance speaking to writing and hosting their own programmes and then creating a social enterprise. They also decided to become authors, athletes, artists, musicians, travel and many other exciting pursuits.
