Police have arrested a man on suspicion of harassment and sexual assaults in Newton Leys on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.
A 25-year-old man from Milton Keynes has been arrested today (16/07) on suspicion of sexual assault, harassment and stalking. He remains in police custody at this time.
This relates to a number of harassment incidents reported in Newton Leys in July 2026 and a sexual assault incident on 11 June 2026.
In a statement, Thames Valley Police said, “We recognise the concern these incidents may cause within the community and are treating them with the utmost seriousness. As our investigation continues, residents can expect to see an increased high-visibility policing presence in the area, with officers carrying out reassurance patrols and engaging with the local community.”
