Join us to celebrate International Women’s Day 2026 on Friday March 6th at the Ridgeway Conference Centre Wolverton between 9:30am-2:30pmIf you came last year, you’ll be delighted to hear that we have organised even more incredible entertainment and inspirational speakers, including:
• Global business strategist and Times bestselling author Lisa Johnson
• The penguin speaker Tendai Rukarwa ‘shared warmth, shared strength’
• Kidpreneur Maryam Jazeem on how ‘giving to girls creates gains for women’
• Amy Lannon on ‘the architecture of giving’
You can meet local businesses and charities in our exhibition area including wellness, beauty, lifestyle, business, family support, creativity and more
An exciting addition to the Main Stage line up this year is the ‘Battle of the Business Ecosystems’ female founder pitch competition! Support our ‘women in business’ as they go head-to-head with a panel of judges live on stage, thanks to the South Midlands Growth Hub, NatWest Accelerator, Vulcan Works, FemaleTechpreneur and Central Arc Angels.
Included in your ticket is a delicious lunch and networking hour before your choice of two optional workshops: from pottery to creative writing, the art of self-celebration, fashion and styling tips, to neurodivergent support and string art!
The event is designed to celebrate and showcase women, but all genders are not just welcome; they’re absolutely encouraged, and all ages from 16 years.
This years’ event is raising money for:
MK Act: a charity in Milton Keynes which works with over 100 families’ every day to help them move on from fear and abuse. They have been providing safe emergency accommodation in MK for people and their children escaping domestic violence for over 45 years.
MK Community Foundations Women’s Fund: supports projects that encourage women to achieve economic self-sufficiency, prevent violence against women and children, promote emotional and physical well-being for women and children and create opportunities.
There are free ticket packages available for schools and colleges. Email info@womeninenterprise.co.uk
The workshops are free to attend. The workshops will run simultaneously. Each workshop will run twice, giving you the opportunity to attend two different workshops on the day.
