BEYOND Menopause

A brand new two-day event focused on menopause, wellbeing, movement, creativity and community is coming to Middleton Hall at centre:mk, supported by Horizon Radio.

BEYOND Menopause: Real Women. Real Stories. Real Support. has been created as a welcoming space where women can ask questions, learn more about their bodies, hear from experts and connect with others going through similar experiences.

Across the weekend, you'll be able to attend talks and discussions covering a wide range of topics, including hormones and HRT, nutrition and heart health, sleep, hair and body changes, intimate health, confidence and life beyond menopause.

The event takes place at Middleton Hall, inside centre:mk, on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October 2026.

Entry to the event is free, including access to the Main Stage and Talks & Chats Zone.

There will also be a programme of optional workshops taking place throughout the weekend.

Sanctuary Zone

For £10, you can take part in a range of wellbeing sessions including restorative Pilates, gentle yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi, meditation, breathwork, hypnotherapy and sound baths.

Creative Zone

The Creative Zone costs £6.50 and offers the chance to try a selection of creative activities, including mandala art, bullet journalling, autumn wreath making, crochet and clay keepsakes.

Organisers say some workshop spaces are already filling, so advance booking is recommended.Whether you want to learn something new, ask a question, take part in a workshop, browse the exhibitors or simply spend time with other women, the event aims to provide a supportive space to connect, learn and share experiences.
