Mind BLMK is a local mental health charity supporting people across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.

The charity provides a range of services designed to help people experiencing mental health difficulties and promote positive mental wellbeing.

In Bedford, services include peer support, peer mentoring, the Recovery Lounge and other community-based support.

Mind BLMK operates from the Bedford Wellbeing Centre on Woburn Road and supports people across the Bedford Borough area.
