Witness appeal following incident in St James Road, Northampton

Police officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone who might have information after a man was found with injuries in St James Road, Northampton.

At about 3am this morning (July 12), a man in his 20s was found unconscious near the Westbridge Garage. He has been taken to hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.

Detectives are now appealing for anyone who might have seen how he came to be there, to contact them.

Witnesses or anyone with information should call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
