Police officers are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision involving a car in Fawsley Road.
The incident happened yesterday (August 31), at 1.20pm, when a black Volkswagen Polo driving down a narrow road towards Fawsley Hall, for reasons unknown, came off the road and collided with a tree.
The driver – a 20-year-old man – was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have dash-cam footage of the actual collision or the vehicle prior to the incident.
