A 27-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences in connection with domestic abuse in Northampton.
Stefan-Alexandru Mladin, of Windsor Crescent, Northampton, has been charged with two counts of criminal damage, engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour, theft and assault.
The charges relate to an incident in Northampton on April 13, 2022, when a man assaulted a woman and killed a dog.
Mladin has been remanded into custody and will next appear at Northampton Crown Court on a date yet to be set.
