Arctic Adventure

At Xscape Milton Keynes until 11 January 2026

Arctic Adventure: A Tale of Two Poles is bringing a brand-new immersive winter experience to Xscape in Milton Keynes, inviting visitors on a sensory journey from the Arctic to the Antarctic. Running from 24 November 2025 to 11 January 2026, this multi-zone attraction blends hands-on learning, cutting-edge technology, and breathtaking visual environments to create a magical expedition for all ages.

Guests begin their adventure at the Gift Shop, where they collect a Stamp Card before setting off through eight interactive stations. Each stop reveals a different side of polar exploration, from the calm Base Camp sensory tent to a modern explorer’s set-up showcasing real expedition equipment. Creative visitors can craft their own Northern Lights artwork or fold Arctic and Antarctic animals in the Origami Studio.

Discovery Cove offers an educational dive into Britain’s polar history, highlighting legendary missions and fascinating wildlife. Thrill-seekers can step into the VR Explorer Zone to experience an Antarctic hut or travel across the Arctic tundra. The Winter Sports Gaming Den adds a burst of energy with digital skiing, snowboarding, and frosty challenges.

Families will also love the Hands-On Sensory Section, where they can learn through touch and explore animal textures, before heading to the Augmented Reality Wildlife Wall, where creatures from both poles spring to life around them. The experience concludes with the 360-degree Immersive Polar Cinema, transporting audiences across glaciers and icy oceans. Visitors are encouraged to arrive at the cinema at least 15 minutes before the end of their hour-long slot to avoid missing their final adventure.

Arctic Adventure is more than just an attraction. Twenty per cent of all public ticket sales will support The Spectrum Place and several grassroots charities in Milton Keynes, helping deliver vital mental health, education, and family services for children and young people. Every visit makes a genuine difference to the local community.

Time slots run every 20 minutes from 10am until 6pm, and ticket prices are £10 for adults, £15 for children, and £45 for a family ticket. Once explorers have collected all eight stamps, they can return to the Gift Shop to receive a free gift as a memento of their journey.

Whether you’re bringing friends, family, or a school group, this is a winter experience packed with discovery, creativity, technology, and wonder — right in the heart of Milton Keynes.
