A new era of women’s strength returns as Powerlines hosts exclusive fitness event in Kingston
Powerlines, the strength training and Pilates fusion created by PT and fitness expert Kristina Perestegi, returns this weekend with an exclusive in person fitness event at the Mercedes‑Benz showroom in Kingston.
Taking place on Saturday 18 April between 10am and 12pm, the event brings Powerlines back into a premium, experiential setting, continuing its mission to redefine what intelligent, sustainable strength looks like for modern women.
Following last years successful launch inside Harrods Beauty in Milton Keynes, Powerlines once again invites guests into a carefully curated space where movement, atmosphere and intention come together. Attendees will take part in a guided Powerlines session led by Kristina herself, combining strength training and Pilates inspired movement to create a workout that goes beyond aesthetics.
The experience is designed not just to challenge the body, but to support it, focusing on grounding, control and nervous system friendly strength. Set within the refined surroundings of the Mercedes‑Benz showroom, the event offers a calm yet energising environment that reflects the ethos of the Powerlines method.
“Powerlines™ isn’t about pushing harder or performing better,” said Kristina Perestegi. “It’s about building strength that actually supports women in real life, strength that feels good, lasts, and meets you where you are. Bringing that experience into inspiring spaces like this is always incredibly powerful.”
Powerlines has quickly gained attention for its thoughtful approach to training, blending precision, pace and deep physical support rather than high intensity burnout. Each session is carefully structured to improve strength, mobility and confidence, while remaining accessible to women at different stages of their fitness journey.
While the Kingston event is a standalone experience, it also represents something bigger. Powerlines is steadily growing as a method and community, with further developments planned both online and locally.
In 2026, Powerlines is set to expand further, not as a passing trend, but as a new standard for women’s strength training. With a focus on longevity, nervous system regulation and intelligent programming, it continues to challenge outdated ideas of fitness and performance.
Horizon Radio listeners can expect to hear more in the months ahead as Kristina brings her full Powerlines vision to life through live experiences, expert led sessions and community focused events designed to support women both inside and outside the studio.
