MK Dons will be hosting fellow League 2 side Oldham Athletic in the Second Round of the FA Cup.
The Dons’ reward for their First Round win over Colchester is another tie against a League 2 opponent, with the Latics making the trip to Stadium MK.
The match will take place on the weekend around Saturday December 6, with a specific date, kick-off time, ticket information and any TV coverage to be announced in due course.
Oldham will be making their second trip of the season to Stadium MK, with the side from Lancashire having visited MK Dons for a 0-0 draw on the opening day of the season back in August.
The Latics, who currently sit 18th in the League Two table, progressed through Round One with a 3-1 win over Northampton Town on Saturday, which took place at the same time as the Dons’ 3-2 win against Colchester in Essex.
If MK Dons were to progress, they would reach the Third Round and with it the stage that sees Premier League and Championship sides enter for the first time since the 2020/21 season.
