Entertainment venue Bistro Live announces immediate closure of Milton Keynes location

The operators of the entertainment space chain Bistro Live have announced the immediate closure of all of their locations, including a space in Milton Keynes.

Bistro Live had been in operation for 25 years in a space at the CBX Building in Central Milton Keynes near to the centre:mk shopping centre, but the company announced earlier this week that they would be ceasing trading with immediate effect. The company had 3 venues, with further locations in Leicester and Nottingham alongside the space in MK.

The news was confirmed in a statement on the company’s website. Tehy said, “After much reflection, and with very heavy hearts, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to permanently close Bistro Live after 25 unforgettable years.

“This decision has not come easily, but the ongoing economic challenges facing hospitality in the UK have made it impossible for us to continue. To every customer who danced on our tables, celebrated milestones with us, supported us through the years or recommended us to friends, … thank you. We are deeply proud of what we created, and grateful for every moment shared within these walls.”

The company have said they are are currently working through the process for refunds for future bookings and will provide clear guidance on this to affected customers in due course.
