A prison guard has been charged after allegations of having an inappropriate relationship with a prisoner at one of Scotland's most notorious jails.
Police Scotland said the 33-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with "wilful neglect of duty" at HMP Barlinnie in Glasgow.
A force spokesperson added: "She's due to appear in court at a later date."
A Scottish Prison Service (SPS) spokesperson said: "As this matter is subject to proceedings, it would be inappropriate to comment further."
