Police have released an e-fit image in connection with an exposure incident reported in Milton Keynes.
The incident happened at around 3.15pm on Sunday 9 November 2025 in the underpass under Silbury Boulevard adjacent to Network Rail’s buildings in Central Milton Keynes.
In their report, Thames Valley Police stated that a man exposed himself to the victim, a woman in her forties. The offender, as depicted in the e-fit, is described as a black man of average height.
At the time of the offence, he was wearing a dark coloured puffer coat and dark tracksuit bottoms. The offender was also described as speaking with an African accent.
Police constable Sophie Smith said, “We are appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the e-fit to come forward.
“Additionally, if anyone has any further information or witnessed this incident, we would also ask them to get in touch.
